What to Do if Dishwasher Not Getting Water

What to Do if Dishwasher Not Getting Water

The grandiose family meal is over, a mountain of dirty plates, mugs and salad bowls rises in front of you, and with a slight movement of your hand you load all the dishes into the dishwasher … but it wasn’t there! Instead of the usual murmur of water, a strange buzz is heard, if not an ominous silence. Do not rush to despair: if your dishwasher not getting water, it may very well be that the problem can be solved “here and now”.

So, first of all, check:

  • Tap water. Maybe you did not notice the announcement on the entrance door about maintenance work? Check the taps in your home to make sure there are no problems with the water supply.
  • The door is not tightly closed. If the dishwasher door has not been completely closed (there is no characteristic click), then the washing process will not start.
  • Water supply valve. A special shut-off valve is installed on the system for connecting the dishwasher to the water supply, shutting off the water supply. This is done for safety and also to ensure that there is no constant pressure on the intake valve. The valve is usually located on the water pipe to which the dishwasher is connected. Just open it and the machine is ready to go.
  • A hose through which water is supplied to the dishwasher. If there is water and the stopcock is open, it’s time to check the hose. It can be pinched, and, accordingly, the water supply to the “dishwasher” is blocked. Make sure that there are no serious kinks on the hose, and that there are no heavy objects lying on it. If this was the problem, try running your “assistant” again.

But what if you have completed all these tricky manipulations, made sure that there is water in the tap and everything is in order with the hose, but water still does not enter the dishwasher? So there has been some kind of malfunction. Therefore, disconnect the equipment from the power supply and try to determine the type of failure using the table below.

The most common reasons why the dishwasher not getting water

Considering the “purity” and “softness” of city water, one of the most common faults in dishwashers is a clogged inlet valve filter (in this case, water is drawn in very slowly or not at all). A special mesh filter protects the machine from all sorts of impurities and abrasive substances that are contained in our water. You can fix this breakdown yourself, but this will require a little skill. Try unscrewing the water supply hose after shutting off the water. Where the hose connects to the machine, find the mesh filter that is located “at the inlet” of the inlet valve directly on the dishwasher. Clean the mesh with a needle or by immersing it in a solution of citric acid for 30 to 60 minutes.

If cleaning the filter did not make the dishwasher work normally, then something more serious happened to it. Let’s figure it out together!

Breaking
Cause of failure

Door lock malfunction

The dishwasher door is equipped with a locking device. It is necessary for user safety and protection against leaks. If this device fails, the machine does not start the washing cycle and, accordingly, does not draw water. The dishwasher door lock needs to be replaced.

Inlet valve failed

All dishwashers are equipped with a water inlet valve. When the equipment starts work, the signal goes to the valve, which, in turn, opens, and water begins to pour into the machine. Due to voltage fluctuations or wear, the valve may “burn out”. The water supply valve needs to be replaced.
There was a malfunction in the water level sensor (pressure switch) A pressure switch is a special sensor that measures water pressure and transmits information to the control module, which, in turn, analyzes how much water is needed for each washing cycle. If the pressure switch fails, then the control module does not receive a signal, and the dishwasher does not draw water. The water pressure sensor needs to be replaced.
The control module is out of order Dishwashers are equipped with an “intelligent” control module that gives program commands to other parts of the unit, for example, “draw water” to the inlet valve or “drain water” to the drain pump. If a malfunction occurs in this device, the machine stops working or does it incorrectly. Requires “flashing” the module or its complete replacement.
Faulty Aquastop system (only in dishwashers equipped with Aquastop) Modern units are equipped with the Aquastop leak protection system (AQUASTOP). If the “dishwasher” with this technology suddenly stops working, there can be two problems: either there was a leak and Aquastop blocked the water supply, or the system itself failed. In the event of a malfunction in Aquapastop, the system needs to be repaired or completely replaced.

Even though most breakdowns in dishwashers are quite typical, sometimes there are malfunctions that are difficult to diagnose by any additional signs. Given the manufacturability of modern technology, it is not recommended to try to fix the dishwasher on your own – amateur performance is unlikely to give a positive result, but sending your “assistant” to the trash can easily. The most reasonable way out in this situation is to entrust the repair work to professionals.

Questions – answers

P

Benjamin

Hello! Pmm Bosch spv 45. At the end of rinsing, it shows zero on the screen (the program is finished), but the water drain (as I understand it, the pump) does not stop working by rebooting, disconnecting from the network and changing programs, the problem is not solved. as soon as you turn it on – immediately this sound, water is not supplied, the sink does not start! What can be the diagnosis?

Master’s answer:
Benjamin, 99% sure that the leak protection system worked. Open the machine, drain the water from the pan and leave the machine open for a day. Also, clean the drain filter of your dishwasher. After that, if the problem repeats on the first or second wash, then the drain system malfunctions and the leak sensor gets wet from overflow.

P

Margarita

Good afternoon. I have an Indesit dog 26 b10. I’m new at this. Bought a car. Installed. Sprinkled salt. I turn it on. It draws water and after 15 seconds it drains and writes end. The salt button is flashing. Tell me what the problem is.

Master’s answer:
Margarita, you need to set the level on the salt sensor and, of course, pour salt into the hopper.

P

Charlotte

Hello, I have such a problem. The dishwasher was working, but I accidentally turned off the water. Then the water turned on, but the icon did not go out. The machine does not draw water, but it is buzzing. Tried to switch to other programs, disable. But it does not go out, although the water is not blocked. Bosch sd13jt1b

Master’s answer:
Charlotte, you need to disconnect the dishwasher from the mains for 20-30 minutes to restart. Most likely, the problem will be solved by rebooting.

P

Charlotte

DC261 Aquas dishwasher does not turn on, and there is water in the pan. What to do ?

Master’s answer:
Charlotte, there is always water in the pan at the dishwasher. If it is higher than the pallet, then it is necessary to drain and check the work.

P

Ena

Good afternoon. The Bosh machine draws water, heats up, starts washing, but in the middle of the cycle the indicator with the tap lights up, as there is no water pressure. The pressure is good, then it squeaks and does not work. The hose was checked.

Master’s answer:
Ena, it’s most likely a malfunction of the drain pump. This triggers the overflow sensor (leakage protection sensor).

P

Natali

Hello, we have just installed a gorehje GV 50211 dishwasher, and from the very first time, the machine drains, but water does not enter the sprinklers, it draws water three times, then the beep sounds and the “quick wash” indicator flashes often, because e. water is poured for a long time or the tap is not open, but everything is normal with water pressure, what can happen to our machine?

Master’s answer:
Natali, check the drain hose. It must be installed at least 50 cm from the floor level.

P

Emma

Thanks for the answer, but according to the instructions, the pressure should be from 0.03 MPa to 1 MPa, our washing machine works fine and the boiler too, so this is not pressure, today we took it to the service, and left it there, but in the store we were given a new one, now we will try to connect it. (P / s yes, in the service they told us that most likely it was the solenoid inlet valve).

Master’s answer:
Emma, thank you for your comment. In new machines, of course, valves rarely fail. Yes, the matter may be in the valve, but nevertheless, for the correct operation of the machine, a pressure below 4 atm is desirable.

P

Mia

Bought today pmm Hans, connected to water and drain. When the water supply tap was opened, water immediately began to flow into the machine, and everything flowed onto the floor until the tap was turned off. What could it be?

Master’s answer:
Mia, it is necessary to check the pressure in the water supply. If the pressure is above 4 atm, then it is necessary to install a pressure regulator on the water supply.

P

Elena

Good afternoon, the BOSCH machine is buzzing, but the water is not flowing, what should I do?

Master’s answer:
Elena, you need to check the solenoid valve for the water supply and the flow sensor of your dishwasher.

P

Irin

Good evening. Bought an Ikea Rigrera dishwasher. We can’t do the first run. 5-7 minutes silently thinks. Doesn’t pick up water. The sound of water is not heard. Then two beeps and the end of work icon is on. There is water in the arovepyaoi water supply tap. The pressure is normal. The hose is not transferred. Tell me what else to think.

Master’s answer:
Irin, you need to check the pallet of the machine. Does it have water in it.

P

Isabella

Hello, my dishwasher works fine at the beginning of washing, somewhere in the middle when it doesn’t drain, and when it doesn’t draw water it just buzzes, the filters are not clogged! Do not pause, you can turn it off only with the network button, and when you turn it on it immediately starts to buzz and nothing happens, it does not respond to other buttons! what could it be! thank you in advance!

Master’s answer:
Isabella, you need to remove and check the drain pump of your dishwasher. Most likely, it is in him.

P

Oliver

Good afternoon! Tell me, please, the Electrolux ESL 46010 dishwasher drains the remaining water at startup and does not draw a new one – error 20. I blew into the level sensors – clicks are heard. I blew the tubes towards the bottom of the tank with an automobile hand pump – air passes through. What could be the problem?

Master’s answer:
Oliver, good afternoon! Error i20 in the Electrolux dishwasher means a malfunction in the water drain system. Most likely the drain pump has failed.

P

James

Dishwasher Bosch SD13J1B. When running the program, I noticed that the drain pump was running for a long time. When it became clear that the time of the program had long ended, I turned it off forcibly. When you try to start again, no water is drawn in, the same noise of the drain pump is heard.

Master’s answer:
James, good afternoon! Your dishwasher has a leak protection system. It is necessary to drain all the water from the dishwasher pan and dry it thoroughly, clean the drain filter. If after that, at the first wash, the machine will again drain the water, then the drain pump has failed and it overflows water.

P

Max

Hello. Samsung dishwasher began to give an EA error, what could be the reason?

Master’s answer:
Max, good afternoon! EA error in the SAMSUNG dishwasher – means a malfunction in the water level sensor. Maybe the water level sensor is out of order, or the machine pours water.

P

William

Dishwasher HANSA ZWM416WH, at first it constantly took in water, even if it was plugged into the network, even if it was turned off and drained the water, it was given for a guarantee. They said everything works after the diagnosis. Apparently, something was twisted, now it holds water, it doesn’t collect by itself, but it gives an error of insufficient water pressure and drains the water. I have what I need. I have my own well and station (min 1.5 atm max 3 atm). I didn’t try the drain hose as a current, nor is it clearly a problem, what should I do next? Again to carry on a guarantee? Turn to the masters? Refuses to wash. Money down the drain, only an independent examination to conduct?

Master’s answer:
William, the drain hose must be at least 50 cm from the floor level. It could be the water supply valve or the electronics.

P

Alex

Machine hansa zip 446 EH hose with aqua stop. Gives error E1. When you connect the water, the washing cycle starts after draining, or when the machine is forced to turn off, it no longer draws water. If you disconnect from the network to wait all night, it starts to dial again. I checked the water – there is a filter cleaned and generally removed from the hose. Water is drawn for the first time. Why does it stop. What could be?

Master’s answer:
Alex, the water flow sensor has failed in your Hansa ZIM 446 EH dishwasher. it must be diagnosed and, if necessary, replaced with a new one.

P

Anna

PMM Electrolux (DSL 64052) when turned on, the actor program turns on and the number 13 lights up. The machine does not start, does not make any sounds at all! Where to look for a problem?

Master’s answer:
Anna, unfortunately there is no description for error 13 for your dishwasher. Call the wizard for a more detailed diagnosis.

P

Noah

Dishwasher Bauknecht the first connection checked everything I close the hum and after 20 seconds it turns off help the nerves give up

Master’s answer:
Noah, you need to check the water supply and the voltage in the network, if it is less than 198 Volts, then the dishwasher will not work.

P

Anna

Hello! We bought a Hanza 4757EV dishwasher, we can’t turn on more than one mode, we turn on the network, it buzzes, draws water, but after two minutes it drains the water and emits a beep that the cycle is over and the button is constantly flashing. Tell me, what’s wrong?

Master’s answer:
Anna, your leak protection system most likely worked. It is necessary to drain the water from the pan and dry the machine thoroughly. If the error occurs again during the next wash, then the problem may be in the breakdown of the drain pump.

P

Lucas

Good evening! dishwasher Bosch Super Silence smv6 3mooeu / 14 either supplies water, or does not supply it, after pouring water through the door it starts to work and the next wash supplies water itself as it should, but sometimes again you have to manually fill in the water yourself, after a few washes it stops again supply water, what could be the breakdown? Thanks!

Master’s answer:
Good afternoon, it is necessary to check the water supply solenoid valve and the water level sensor.

P

Rafael

Pmm beko the lower impeller does not work, or rather the valve does not want to rotate, it was replaced, as well as the recirculation pump, there were signs of leakage on both. There were still traces of a short circuit on the three-way valve. Help advice where to look. There is a suspicion that the shutdown of the control and valve of the impellers has worked?

Master’s answer:
Rafael. If there was a “breakdown”, then check the control module.

P

Henry

the valve with a multimeter for a break? But when 220v is applied to it, it works.

Master’s answer:
Henry. You need to measure the resistance of the solenoid. There should be from 2 to 4 kOhm.

P

Sam

Will the machine turn on without salt?

Master’s answer:
Sam. Your machine does not have a salt sensor, it will work without it.

P

Evelyn

Good afternoon again! Yesterday I wrote about the set of water in the Bosch dishwasher. The revision of the valves did not help. When forced to supply 220V, they work. The water supply hose pulled off the water goes but somehow without pressure. That is how it should be? And is the water supply valve a fungus or a needle? What else and how can you see?

Master’s answer:
Evelyn. Your aquastop hose is not exactly flexible. Check the valve with a multimeter.

P

Ava

Hello! Bosch dishwasher. After a seasonal shutdown of water, the device stopped collecting water. Rather, it is typed very slowly and the pessostat does not work. Aquastop valve replaced did not help. What could be?

Master’s answer:
Ava. It’s the solenoid valve for the water supply.

P

Lana

Hello, I set the washing mode for 30 minutes, after about 15 minutes I opened the door and reported another plate. I closed it, and everything is a little noisy and does not collect water, I set other modes, opened the door, turned off the power, nothing helps, it also makes noise and does not gain, please help

Master’s answer:
Lana. Check the drain filter of your machine, most likely there was an overflow of water.

P

Elijah

Good afternoon, dishwasher Nardi LSI45HL, the salt sensor was on all the time, but the machine worked properly. I poured a pack of salt into the salt reservoir, now when I start the dishwasher, I hear the machine starts to draw water for 20 seconds and then the cycle stops, when I open it it starts to squeak and all 5 program selection buttons flash. What can be?

Master’s answer:
Elijah. You should check the drain filter, maybe it’s just clogged. The sprinkled salt has nothing to do with it.

P

Art

Thank you for your reply. Tell me, can the drain hose be completely laid on the floor or does it have to be at a certain height?

Master’s answer:
Art. The drain hose must be at least 50 cm from the floor level. It can be placed completely on the floor when installing a check valve, otherwise the water will drain itself.

P

Nic

Good day. Yesterday I installed a BOSCH SMV40 10RU dishwasher, installed a water filter in front of the machine. I turn on the machine, and after 3 minutes it beeps and the water supply indicator lights up. Once she washed and everything, refuses to work further. Maybe water passes through the filter slowly when you touch the inlet hose at startup, you feel how the water flows through the hose and another question – how should the drain hose be located, at a certain height, like in washing machines, or can you throw the entire drain hose on the floor? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Master’s answer:
Nic, good morning! The cleaning filter always lowers the pressure in the water supply. If the pressure is below 2 atm, then a similar error will occur, moreover, when water is parsed by other consumers, the pressure may drop even more.

P

Dmitry

Hello. Ardo dishwasher, when you start you can hear how the pump works, then water starts to flow (I checked there is water in the chamber), then when the washing should start, an audible signal and error E1 appear, while the pump turns on and pumps out water. Tell me what’s the problem? thanks.

Master’s answer:
Dmitry, good afternoon! Error E1 in the ARDO dishwasher – means the operation of the water leakage protection system. First, check the drain filter of your machine, and then drain all the water, check the sewer and dry the machine. if the error repeats, then it may be a malfunction of the water drain system (drain pump).

P

Natalia

Good evening! Whirlpool dishwasher. After starting, it emits a buzzing sound for three sessions, then it emits a squeaking signal, the indicators for bio and normal washing and the end of washing are on. Water does not enter, dry inside the cabin.
The water tap is open. What is the problem?

Master’s answer:
Natalia. Your dishwasher may have a malfunction of the module, to begin with, restart the module by disconnecting it from the mains for 20-30 minutes. If this does not help, then either the control module or the water supply valve is faulty.

P

Jia

Hello. Dishwasher indesit prime dfp 2727 stopped drawing water. We turn it on, it pretends to be gaining, after 3 minutes 2 buttons light up and flash at the same time, these are the start and end buttons for washing. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.

Master’s answer:
Jia. You may have 2 malfunctions – 1 failure of the water supply valve. Secondly, the leak protection system worked. First, drain the water from the pan of your machine and clean the drain filter.

P

James

Good afternoon! The Samsung dishwasher did not drain the water at first, but the cycle was going on, it turned out that a bone got under the impeller of the drain pump. After removing the bone, the machine began to constantly draw water and immediately drain it, after several drains of water (did not count), it gives an error E1 (water does not fill for a long time), although everything is in order with the water supply. Launched with the door open – there seems to be no overflow

Master’s answer:
James, good afternoon! Error E1 in the SAMSUNG dishwasher means that the water supply time has been exceeded. Most likely, your water supply solenoid valve has failed.

P

Sophia

Hello. Problem: the Bosch dishwasher starts washing, but after a while (did not detect, it feels like 5 … 10 minutes) it stops. The display shows a “faucet” (no water supply), there is water in the pan. Water in the system, taps, mesh at the inlet, hose – everything seems to be normal. True, in our house the water pressure is quite high, it “lashes” from fully open taps. Turned off the faucet, nothing changed. Can you suggest what could be the problem?
(the car is new, but for a couple of years it was in a dry garage)

Master’s answer:
Sophia. Most likely, the matter is in the solenoid valve for supplying water. It is necessary to inspect it, because. due to the high pressure of the water supply, it could not work correctly.

P

Harper

Hello. Samsung dishwasher. Doesn’t pick up water. Inlet valve does not open. Its resistance is .3.8 com. When turned on, it receives about 35 volts. Although, as I understand it, 220 should come. Is the control unit faulty? ?

Master’s answer:
Harper. Everything is absolutely correct. Should come 220, most likely it’s in the module.

P

Lily

Good evening, I am writing to you again, the valve has been changed (Ken), it writes blocking a little later, it writes again there is no water! what could be?????

Master’s answer:
Lily. Have you checked the valve with a multimeter? Or do you change everything one by one? Look towards the control module.

P

Oliver

Hello! The Bosch dishwasher either washes without problems, then the signal is on that there is no water and it does not collect it, once every other time this, what could be the problem?

Master’s answer:
Oliver. Check the mesh filter at the water inlet to your dishwasher. Most likely, the filter is clogged and needs to be cleaned. Don’t forget to turn off the water supply first.

P

Liam

Photos could not be inserted (

Master’s answer:
Liam, good afternoon! Photos can be sent to us by mail from the contacts section.

And good afternoon again! Bosch skt5102eu machine. The economic crisis and the fall in the level of real incomes, as well as the disappearance of the fear of breaking something (everything has already broken by itself) led me to dismantle the car. There’s nothing left to lose, either I’ll fix it or throw it away. The search gave the price of the motor 6-10 sput, I see no reason to repair. If only to replace the impeller or some kind of sealing ring. Please help. Here

What does this engine look like? It is he ? How to take it off? Do I need to take it apart or can I get in? Our water is soft, I rarely use salt. Thanks in advance here was the part I pulled out

Master’s answer:
Liam. We recommend sending a photo and description by mail from – /contacts/. Without a photo, according to your description, it is impossible to draw any conclusion.

P

Ava

Good afternoon!
Dishwasher Zanussi ZDS91500SA. Error – i30. What could be wrong, and what is the cost of repair?

Master’s answer:
Ava, good afternoon! Error I30 in the ZANUSSI dishwasher means that the leak protection system has worked. Check the drain filter, if it is clogged, clean it. Drain the water from the pan and dry the machine, then start the program. if everything repeats, then the matter is 99% in the water drain system, the drain pump has failed.

P

Amelia

In addition to the previous question about Bosch skt5102eu: in the pipe from which the jet is supplied to the spraying blades, he found some kind of plastic part, similar in material to a piece of cable tie.

Master’s answer:
Amelia. Most likely, this is an o-ring for the circulation pump operation system.

P

James

Good afternoon! Bosch skt5102eu machine (year 2007 +-).
Leaked during the summer at work. the service replaced the sealing gum. Until recently it worked great. A couple of days ago there was a rattling sound during operation (I assumed that the dishes), and today it just stopped washing. Water is gaining, as it seems to me, less than usual. After that, it starts to buzz, quiet clicks of the relay are heard, but it does not give a jet. The filter was taken out, washed, the fine filter, which is nearby, too. I took off the spraying blades – there is no jet (I started it with the door open to check).
Drains water normally. Please tell me where to look? The next trip to the service can take me to half the price of a new car, I’m afraid that this is no longer practical, something else may fall. How long do these machines usually last? Thanks in advance.

Master’s answer:
James, good afternoon! If you use salt to soften water, the dishwasher can last 10 or 20 years. Most likely, you have a breakdown in the circulation pump, taking into account the addition from above, the seal ring may have fallen off the nozzles.

P

Lily

Good evening, the VEKO dishwasher writes that there is no water and does not work. Tell me what’s wrong with her???

Master’s answer:
Lily. First, check if the water is blocked, if not, then check the mesh filter, which could be clogged. If the filter is clean, then the malfunction is in the water supply solenoid valve (KEN).

P

Camila

good afternoon BEKO dishwasher buzzes but does not draw water on the screen it is translucent call the service they checked the water supply tap the grid cleaned the slope of the machine they did it to remove excess water but without effect what could be the reason help

Master’s answer:
Camila. At 99% confidence, the KEN failed – the water supply valve to the machine.

P

David

Hello. New Samsung car. Gives an error LE.Does not start.

Master’s response:
Good evening. If we are talking about a washing machine, then, most likely, the matter is in the wrong installation. LE error – /info/stiralnie-mashini/error/samsung/le/. Drain below 50 cm from floor level.

P

Barbara

The Bosch Silence Plus dishwasher does not draw water, it does not give errors, if it is washed manually, it does not supply voltage to the aquastop (the valve does not buzz). Water begins to flow only if the water meter with the reed switch is turned off. All the problems after the youth poured a ferry-type product into the dishwasher. Everything is washed, no foam. What to do?

Master’s answer:
Barbara. Most likely a malfunction in the control board. The part of the board responsible for the inlet of water failed due to the foam of which there was a lot and it could get on the module.

P

Jessica

The cis li 480 a dishwasher has worked honestly for 11 years. Stopped working yesterday. Doesn’t take in enough water. After turning on, there is a rumble (apparently of a pumping pump), then a small amount of water is collected, four signals sound, the fourth and fifth indicators light up (blink), water drains, four signals sound again, the machine stops showing signs of life, the fourth and fifth indicators continue to flash. If you pour a couple of liters of water into the machine through the door, it works out the entire cycle (I tried it on a quick wash). With pressure in the water supply, hoses and filters, everything is in order. There are no traces of water in the pan.
Any advice? Thanks. Yuri.

Master’s answer:
Jessica, good afternoon! In your Hotpoint-Ariston cis li 480 dishwasher, the firmware has crashed and you need to “reload” a new one. For now, you can try P on your own by pressing and holding for 10 seconds. It might help.

P

Thomas

Hello!!! The problem is this. It worked and everything was fine, but at an unexpected moment it began to draw water not completely, by half. What could be. tell

Master’s answer:
Thomas. A malfunction can be in a weak water pressure, and in a malfunction of the water supply valve or water level sensor.

P

Karen

Good afternoon. The bosch machine does not draw water, the indicator is on, check the water supply, while the pumping pump, judging by the sound, is working.

Master’s answer:
Karen. The washing machine does not have a priming pump, but a solenoid water supply valve. Water enters the washing machine under the pressure of the water supply when the valve is opened. Most likely, the valve has failed and needs to be replaced.

P

Daniel

Good afternoon. The dishwasher does not draw water, but if you pour water into it through the door, it works. Please tell me what is the reason. Thank you in advance.

Master’s answer:
Daniel. Most likely, the water supply solenoid valve (KEN) has failed. The valve does not open and no water enters the steel machine. If the program starts when the washing machine is manually filled with water, then the water level sensor (pressure switch) is most likely working.

P

John

has connected the machine for 3 years, BEKO, after moving, but does not draw water. I checked the supply, taps, hoses, filters, water does not flow. What to do, help.

Master’s answer:
John. If the water supply and the mesh filter are in order, then it is necessary to check the water supply solenoid valve for serviceability. Most likely it is out of order and does not open to pour water into your washing machine.

P

Richard

I don’t understand what the problem is. First run, checked everything. Water is not collected. A few seconds of some kind of hum, then an invitation ringing at the valve, if I understood aquasafe. And that’s it, nothing else happens.

Master’s answer:
Richard. Check the pressure level in the water supply. If the pressure is less than 2 atm, then the dishwasher may not work.

P

Lisa

Salt, I clean the dishes before washing, I wash the filters after each cycle.

Master’s answer:
Do you turn the filter inside out? It rolls up and off. There is a very fine mesh there. This is where it needs to be cleaned.

P

Linda

Hello! We have been using the dishwasher for 2.5 months. Today a problem arose: the machine draws and drains water, but does not start the washing cycle, gives an E2 error, problems in the water intake. What could be?

Master’s answer:
Good afternoon! Check your dishwasher’s drain filter. It must be cleaned of food debris. In general, it is recommended to put the dishes in the dishwasher without residues. The filter is located at the bottom center inside the dishwasher. It is also always recommended to use salt to soften the water, so your dishwasher will last much longer.

P

Matthew

We bought a car, installed it, but it does not take on water. They checked everything 10 times and nothing. All indicators are lit as they should, nothing squeaks, does not give out too much, just does not draw water. 1.5 hours in front of her danced and talked. In general, there is one more reason – the plug was plugged into a socket without grounding !!! We have a double socket, one has grounding, the other does not. Switched the plug and everything worked as it should!!! Stupidity, but spoiled the nerves.
I decided to share, maybe I can help someone.

Master’s answer:
Matthew, good afternoon! Modern washing machines do not work without grounding, to ensure the safety of use. They must, at least, simply be connected to an outlet that has a grounding contact.
